It's up there for me, too. I always liked that Dolls/Pistols riff. To be fair, though, there are about a half dozen Poison songs I really enjoy, though none more than that one and "Nothin' But a Good Time."
I also enjoy that first Poison album as a guilty pleasure... I was also a big fan of CC's 90s glam-garage-punk-POWER-POP band Samantha 7:
