Bought this one this past Friday at the chili pepper festival in Bowers, PA. Some crazy NYC guys make it. Great flavor and hot.

The cinnamon isn’t my thing. Otherwise I’ll try pretty much any hot sauce.

I remember having that at Chi-Chi's in the 90s.

I'm a fan of Elijah's. Their ghost pepper sauce is the perfect balance of heat & flavor.

My buddy has been making his own hot sauce and selling it for a while. Seasonal variations and varying levels of heat. Really good. And there's an El Vez one!

Anything chipotle based (I love the smokiness). And the Asian style ones. Not a fan of those 'we're gonna blow the back of yer head off, I tell ya what!!' varieties.

I picked up a bottle of this at the festival. Very good flavor with very little heat. https://flavorandfire.com/products/colu ... -hot-sauce

This is one of my favorite ones that you can find in a lot of grocery stores. https://www.cholula.com/pages/chipotle

This is my favorite chipotle hot sauce. It has a good kick to it. I think it has some habanero in it. https://melindas.com/shop/melindas-chip ... sauce-5oz/

I'll always love tabasco even if I hadn't had it in a while. I've toured the facility where it's made. Is no one else on here a fan of Cholula? I use it daily. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cholula_Hot_Sauce

Tabasco is at the bottom of the list of national or semi-national brands for me, but I do like some of their flavored sauces. I like almost everything by Frank's. Cholula has some really good sauces too. I also like Crystal. My wife prefers Louisiana.

I have a house in Idaho - Cholula is all you get out there. Tabasco, Frank's, etc. is in the grocery stores, but Cholula is on the tables at restaurants. I like the sweet habernero and garlicly variety ones.

I've never toured the plant like you - but driven by! - both the Tabasco and Crystal hot sauce factories. You can smell it for miles. Mmmm.

I think I was in middle school or maybe early high school at the very latest when I visited the Tabasco facility, so I don't remember a whole lot about it, but it's basically in rural Louisiana in the swamps and it's huge and you can walk around, etc.

Are there a lot of Mexican immigrants near you? Restaurants?

Crystal >>>>>> Tabasco

I have probably 10 hot sauces in my fridge at all times. They all taste different from one another, so I use them for different stuff.

I guess this makes me a hipster??? x 1,000

Ah, Matt triggered something for me. I have a pantry cabinet full of hot sauces and BBQ sauces. I buy different ones when I travel, see something new in a store, find holiday gift basket sales, etc. Another company that came to mind that makes good sauces is Arizona Gunslinger and Melinda's.
